What is the return shipping policy?
Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable.
What is the exchange policy?
Return shipping for exchanges will be paid for by the customer. We will happily exchange the requested item of equal value and ship to the customer for free.
How often are requests processed?
Return requests are processed daily. Please note, a prepaid return label is not provided.
All gift returns must be requested through the original order placed. To request the return, please have the original order number and email address listed on the order.
